BA5+ | Kaingaroa Tipu & Wingspan Bird of Prey Centre

Join Kaingaroa Tipu and Wingspan Bird of Prey Trust for a unique BA5+ experience celebrating conservation, community, and the connection between business and the environment.

Hosted at Kaingaroa Tipu, this special evening will provide an opportunity to learn more about both organisations and hear how Kaingaroa Tipu and Wingspan are working together to protect New Zealand's Bird of the Year, the native kārearea (falcon), and support biodiversity within the Kaingaroa Forest Estate.

Discover how collaboration between the business sector and conservation organisations can create meaningful outcomes for both people and nature while connecting with fellow Chamber members.

By registering for a Business After 5 (BA5) event, you agree to the following conditions:

Attendance Limits

Attendance numbers per organisation may be limited depending on the venue's capacity. Limits will be applied at the discretion of the Rotorua Business Chamber to ensure a balanced and enjoyable event for all participants.

Registration Requirement

All attendees must register prior to the event. Walk-ins are discouraged, as they impact venue capacity, catering arrangements, and health and safety planning. Entry may be declined if the event has reached capacity.

RSVP Changes and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify us as soon as possible. A reminder email is issued approximately 24 hours before the event, and we ask that any cancellations are communicated in advance wherever possible. This helps us manage attendance numbers and supports our hosts with catering and event planning.

Communications & Contact Information

By registering for this event, you agree to receive communications from the Rotorua Business Chamber regarding its products, services, events, and related updates. You also acknowledge that the host organisation may contact attendees following the event with event-related information, resources, or updates relevant to their business and services.
