RBC 2026 Annual General Meeting

Join us for the Rotorua Business Chamber's 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The AGM provides members with the opportunity to hear about the Chamber's activities and achievements over the past year, receive the Annual Report and financial statements, elect Board Members, and help shape the future direction of the Chamber.

Call for Business

Members are invited to submit business items and/or motions for consideration at the AGM. Please email your submission to delta@rotoruachamber.co.nz. All business items and motions received will be presented to the Board at its August meeting for consideration before being included on the AGM agenda.

Board Member Nominations

Nominations are now open for four elected Board Member positions on the Rotorua Business Chamber Board.

To be eligible, nominees must be nominated and seconded by current Rotorua Business Chamber members. If you're passionate about supporting and strengthening Rotorua's business community, we encourage you to consider standing for election.

If an election is required, voting will be conducted online. Members will be notified via email, and then the election results will be announced at the AGM.

Please note: Business items, motions and Board Member nomination forms must be received by 5.00pm on Friday 7 August 2026.
