Resilience isn’t just about bouncing back — it’s about keeping all the plates spinning (or at least catching them before they smash) in the middle of full, complex lives, especially for busy working wāhine.

This will be a candid, no-filter conversation between professionals – and good friends, Karen Vercoe and Jacky James, drawing on more than a decade of working alongside each other across different roles, challenges and opportunities.

They’ve backed each other through the tough stuff, celebrated the wins, and learnt – often the hard way – what resilience actually looks like in real life.

This session will be honest, relatable and a little bit unvarnished, talking about the juggle, the pressure, and how, as wāhine, we get through it all with our sanity mostly intact.
