Workshop One:  LEADING FROM WITHIN - Build the Foundation
5 August

Great leadership starts with self-awareness. Explore your values, vision, mindset, emotional mastery, resilience, and daily habits to strengthen your leadership presence and influence. Learn how to lead yourself first so you can lead others with confidence, consistency, and purpose.
 

Workshop Two:  BUILDING PERFORMANCE - Create Accountability & Growth
12 August

Learn how to use coaching as a performance tool to improve capability, accountability, and results. Discover how to diagnose performance challenges, ask powerful questions, develop others effectively, and create a coaching rhythm that drives sustainable improvement across your team.
 

Workshop Three:  THE ART OF DELEGATION - Build Capacity Through Others
19 August

Move beyond simply assigning tasks and learn how to delegate for development and performance. Create clarity, ownership, and accountability while building trust, growing capability, and freeing yourself to focus on higher-value leadership activities.
 

Workshop Four:  HANDLING CONFLICT - Lead Courageous Conversations
26 August

Develop the confidence and skills to address conflict early, hold difficult conversations effectively, and navigate challenging workplace situations with professionalism. Learn how to protect relationships, reinforce expectations, and maintain a high-performing team culture.
