By registering for a Business After 5 (BA5) event, you agree to the following conditions:

Attendance Limits
Attendance numbers per organisation may be limited depending on the venue’s capacity. Limits will be applied at the discretion of the Rotorua Business Chamber to ensure a balanced and manageable event for all participants.

Registration Requirement
All attendees must register prior to the event. We do not encourage walk-ins, as this affects hosting arrangements, catering, and health and safety planning. Unregistered arrivals may be declined entry if capacity has been reached.

RSVP Changes / Cancellations
If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify us as soon as possible. A reminder email is issued 24 hours before the event, and we ask that any cancellations are communicated in advance to allow us to update attendance lists and manage numbers appropriately.
