It integrates goal setting, values alignment, and balancing people with process, while establishing a no-blame accountability culture. Participants learn to partner with their team as coaches, tailor development to individual strengths, and bridge generational expectations. Through practical tools and structured practice, leaders build a sustainable rhythm of coaching conversations that accelerate results and enhance engagement.
