Marketing 3: Email Marketing & Customer Engagement

Email remains one of the most effective tools for business growth. This practical workshop introduces participants to building and managing an email strategy that nurtures relationships and drives results. Participants will learn how to grow a high-quality mailing list, craft engaging newsletters, design automated email journeys, and use AI tools to accelerate content creation. The workshop also covers performance measurement and continuous improvement.

These workshops form part of a six-part Marketing Training Series designed to work together. You may register for one, several, or all six sessions. Registration is essential — you must be registered to attend and walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
