Cian Elyse White is an actor, writer, director and producer who founded the Aronui Indigenous Arts Festival - the 2024 winner of the Rotorua Business Awards Creative Arts & Design category. In the past 12 months, Cian has travelled to 12 countries as a part of the official NZ arts delegation; the countries include China, India, America and the UK. Cian's passion for the arts and storytelling has enabled her to champion Rotorua and Aotearoa in her business ventures. Cian is a proud Rotorua girl born and raised, and looks forward to meeting other like-minded businesswomen at the next Burgerfuel Fairy Springs Women in Business event on 20 March 2025.
Racheal McRae worked in Online Marketing for a number of years before founding Dubzz in 2011. She recognised the growing need for all businesses to harness the online environment, and generate exposure and revenue from effective online marketing. Rachel has qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing & Maori and has a thirst for continued education. She has held speaking engagements at a number of conferences and events. In 2015, Rachel was recognised as the “Emerging Young Leader of the Year” at the Westpac Business Excellence Awards. She is proud Mum to Hugo and Bella, and serves the community as a Justice of the Peace. In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking, gardening and walking her dog Henry in the Redwoods.
