TOMPKINS WAKE ROTORUA BUSINESS AWARDS 2024

The highlight of the awards season, the Gala Evening promises to be a night to remember. Walk the red carpet and indulge in a luxurious 3-course meal as we celebrate the best in business.

Laughton Kora and Fran Kora will be our headline entertainers for the evening. Laughton, a founding member of Kora, L.A.B, and Black Comet, is an incredible talent. With his theatre background, he doesn’t just sing—he performs, often leaving you with goosebumps. He has also performed in live shows such as Baz Luhrman's "Romeo and Juliet" alongside Gin Wigmore, Milan Borich, and Jon Toogood.

Fran, a musician and actor, is a songwriter, producer, and the frontman of the reggae-rock band Kora. He is also part of the Modern Maori Quartet, which has seen him tour internationally and perform at many festivals.

Together, they are a powerhouse duo, delivering high-energy performances and mesmerising harmonies that get every crowd ramped up.

Our evening will be expertly guided by the fantastic MC Paul Hickey, who will ensure the event flows smoothly and keeps everyone entertained throughout the night.

Individual tickets and tables of 10 are available for purchase. If you have 11 people, we can add an extra person to the same table. For groups of 12 or more, we will seat them at the next table.
