This program will explain the differences between Managing and Leading and why Leadership is so important, but will also give techniques and skills on HOW to lead. To be a Leader, you need to have followers. This course is designed for people stepping into a Leadership role for the first time, or perhaps has been in a Leadership role for some time and needing to adapt and develop new leadership skills to suit the employee.
