Leadership vs Management

This program is designed to give you a broad overview of what to expect in your role as a Leader, and how this role is currently defined versus how it used to be. 

Covering such topics as:

  • Differences in Leadership versus Management
  • Leadership Styles
  • How to Lead / guide / support
  • How to adapt your Leadership style to better suit your employees
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Situational Leadership

This program will explain the differences between Managing and Leading and why Leadership is so important, but will also give techniques and skills on HOW to lead.  To be a Leader, you need to have followers.  This course is designed for people stepping into a Leadership role for the first time, or perhaps has been in a Leadership role for some time and needing to adapt and develop new leadership skills to suit the employee.
