How to be More Resilient
We live in turbulent and ever changing times. Resilience is your ability to adapt well and recover quickly after stress, adversity, trauma or tragedy.
This course aims to increase your resilience, enhance your quality of life, and decrease your stress and anxiety. Resilience won't make your problems go away — but resilience can give you the ability to see past them, find enjoyment in life and better handle stress.
This course follows a facilitator led workshop format, with a range of interactive activities, case studies, and models, along with group work, and individual activities.
