How to be More Resilient

Resilience is your ability to adapt well and recover quickly after stress, adversity, trauma or tragedy. This course aims to increase your resilience, enhance your quality of life, and decrease your stress and anxiety. Resilience won't make your problems go away — but resilience can give you the ability to see past them, find enjoyment in life and better handle stress.

  • Taking stock of my life
  • Types of resilience – Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual
  • Stress - symptoms and de-stressing strategies
  • How to feel ‘GREAT’
