Caroline (Caro) leads the employment team at Morrison Kent. Her experience extends to all areas of employment law and she is a specialist in this area. Caro is an experienced advocate having represented clients at mediation, the ERA, the Employment Court, High Court, and the Court of Appeal.
Caro’s approach is to partner with her clients to provide strategic and pragmatic advice whether this is related to an employment relationship problem or advice on employment agreements, policies or procedures.
Caro’s clients range from national and international organisations to small to medium size businesses and individuals. Caro has significant experience advising Early Childhood Education providers and Schools.
Caroline is regularly appointed as an independent investigator for work place matters and has investigated on a wide range of issues including workplace bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace.
