How to Cultivate Resilience - Deloitte Seminar Series
How to grow grit in your workforce.
Your mental and physical health influences how productive, focussed and stress-resilient you are. Your beliefs, thoughts and mindset help shape your life; either for the good or perhaps, the not so good! In this session, you will learn how simple lifestyle choices can improve your mood, productivity and have a significant impact on your brain health (and what’s good for the brain is good for the body).
You will learn how your brain is malleable and how you can lessen the brain's negativity bias. You will cultivate a deeper understanding of what it takes to grow resilience and cognitive reserve, we like to call it “grit” – being your best when you are at your worst.
