Our Regional Business Partner Growth Advisor can meet with you for a free business assessment to take a birds-eye look at your whole business, then identify the next steps in your business and provide you with an action plan and connections to experts and resources to set you in the right direction.
Management Capability Fund
Small businesses could be eligible for funding to cover costs of services such as training workshops, professional courses, and coaching designed to strengthen the management skills of owners and key managers.
The Management Capability Development Fund is accessed through your Regional Business Partner Growth Advisor and can be applied to services provided by RBP-registered providers.
Funding is considered when a Growth Advisor identifies a need for management development as part of a tailored action plan to help the business grow and innovate. Once approved, business owners can choose a service from an approved provider that best fits their development goals.
